Questions regarding your sample or results, please provide the following:
- First & Last Name of Test Taker
- Date of Birth
Results are typically available within 5 to 8 business days of the lab processing your sample. We will send a notification to your registered email address when your results are ready.
On working days, we are dedicated to communicate with you asap, usually the same day.
We are closed on weekends and for the major holidays. Our lab, Cell Science Systems, is processing and performing testing on weekends but may not be available to answer. In such case we will contact you the next working day.

Our Functional Nutrition Lab
Cell Science Systems, Corp. (CSS) performs functional laboratory testing aimed at personalized nutrition and prevention of chronic inflammation and autoimmune disease.
CSS is a specialty clinical laboratory and known for its unique cellular based functional (biological) approach, passion for translational science and studies.
CSS develops and performs testing in immunology, serology, cell biology, and other specialties supporting the personalized treatment and prevention of chronic disease. There are more than 50 studies on the Alcat Test for Food Sensitivities alone, including double-blinded trials performed at A*** universities such as Yale School of Medicine.
CSS operates a CLIA-certified laboratory and is an FDA inspected and registered, cGMP and ISO EN13485:2016 certified medical device manufacturer.
